Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Milford is hosting a goIT Generative A.I. Summer Camp, and this camp is absolutely free.
The students will learn about Gen AI and create a prototype to solve a local community problem. Hosted and led by TCS's own industry experts, this camp is open to middle and high school students. No experience required, but requesting participants be a minimum of 13 years old.
The camp will be held June 4-6 from 8:30 a.m - 4:30 p.m. at TCS' Seven Hills Park Office - 1000 Summit Dr, Milford, OH 45150. The program will end with a culminating showcase. Registration link: https://forms.gle/1cFk6jgVGqewDnTJ6

The Kettering Safety Village is seeking student volunteers (rising 6th -12th grade) to help with our summer program. Student volunteers are responsible for many aspects of the program: assisting with safety lessons, supervising children during various safety skill activities, helping with class activities, and light clean up. Most of all, volunteers must enjoy working with children and helping them grow and learn. The commitment is a minimum of one week, dates and times are listed below. Students can either do 1, 2 or all 3 sessions during the week. Students would receive credit of up to forty hours of service for one week depending on number of sessions.
Following are the 2024 dates:
June 3 -7
June 10-14
There are 3 sessions per week
8:00 - 10:00 a.m.
10:30 am - 12:30 p.m.
1:30 - 3:30 p.m.
